Hardcover, signed and dedicated by author on half-title - "For Gordon Cook, with best regards, Charles Bryan, November 1996"; correspondence between Cook and the author laid in, including a familiar handwritten note from the author. Also laid in are working copies of a review of the book, original publisher's order form, and correspondence between Cook and the publisher discussing an unpublished manuscript of Cook's. One or two very minor marks and instances of wear on jacket; spine is slightly sunned. Interior excellent; content is clear throughout. A very good copy. An original publication published for The Waring Library Society, 1996. TS
